Thanks again for answering my call on new years day, for being so understanding and for taking such good care of my dear Koko. Through all my sadness that day, you brought me some peace when I saw that it was the right thing to do for her. I am greatful that you do what you do and helped me so much that day.  I know she is resting in peace now, no more pain (except mine).  Hope you have a wonderful year, and yes I am thinking more of that holiday!

Dear Taryn,  It's been over two weeks since we lost our little Zac and we are still grieving his loss.  However we must thank you for making such a difference in our very sad time. As you know, we contacted you  the day before we were going to have to say goodbye to our little man and we felt so much better after talking to you.  We just couldn't agree to leaving him at the vet in a plastic bag to be refrigerated and taken away on a truck loaded up with countless other dead animals.  We just needed to know that  just as in his life we gave him the best personal attention we could, we would still be able to do that after he had 'gone to sleep'.  It was strangely comforting to see you both driving away with little Zac looking very peaceful in your little basket on the back seat of your car. (He always DID enjoy a drive in the car!)  We knew he was not 'here' any more but it served an important purpose in helping us to feel he was still being treated as  a very SPECIAL little dog. 

And, when you delivered the ashes back to us, you helped us to feel really comfortable with the whole process.  Thank you for your special attention to our little Zac.  Fondest regards,   the Reid family,  Doncaster East, Vic.
